It’s probably true, too. When I lived in south Texas ranch country, some of the best at working cattle were the women.

Very few people actually ride horses anymore to work cattle, unfortunately.

I still like horses to move cows, but sometimes those Japanese quarter horses are a lot easier to catch! And they work pretty well if the move is not through steep timber thick country!

What a great word of encouragement to receive. I love it when people let the compliments flow. I wonder why people seem to hesitate to do that. Its a great picture Patty. What beautiful land you live and work in.
