It’s 35 degrees outside, feels like 25 here in the house. I don’t have any kindling to start a fire this morning. Someone will be up in an hour or two and will get some. in the meantime I’ll remain huddled up in my less than adequate throw shivering.
Spring can be fickle, that’s for sure. You raised an interesting question for me. I never knew why they named that E-reader the “Kindle.” Now I’m wondering if someone thought it could be used as ‘kindling’ to start learning’s fire.

Ahhh spring. If you don’t like the weather, just wait a minute. Sorry to hear how cold it is though.

While this is off the subject—you truly should consider sharing your insight through writing. What a fantastic writer you are—seriously.

Thanks, I have always loved writing, but wasn’t encouraged by the mother from…far short of heaven.

I hear you. When I was speaking with my parents, centuries ago, I recall them laughing and discouraging me from writing by basically asking me why I felt my words could possibly mean anything worthwhile to anyone.
I feel you.

I wanted to go to Veterinary School and my mom told me I wasn’t smart enough, she washed out of vet school and sure as heck didn’t want her daughter to be a vet. A friend of the family later told me my mom was very jealous of her daughter’s all 5 of us. Go figure 🤷🏼♀️
